Parking
Parking for two vehicles is provided behind the house. Please park parallel to the garage door beneath 515 Lincoln, directly next to the rear stairs of the house. Your vehicles will block the driveway when parked in the designated spaces — that's expected and okay. Street parking: the City of Pasadena does not allow overnight parking between 2:00–6:00 a.m. without a permit.
Trash & Recycling
Collection day is Wednesday. The large bin in the driveway is used for household trash and recycling — items are sorted after collection.
Heating & Air Conditioning
The home has two thermostats — one upstairs, one downstairs — each controlling a separate area of the house. Please keep doors and windows closed while heating or cooling is running.
While You're Away
A few small habits help us keep the home efficient and comfortable for the next guest too:
— Turn off lights and televisions when you head out
— Set the thermostat off, or to an energy-efficient temperature
